Description

The swamp fell silent as the sovereign raised his stone hammer high — not in ceremony, but in warning.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is pose 03 of the Lizardfolk Sovereign range by Novaminis, and it is the most overtly martial of the set. The sovereign is captured mid-swing, a massive stone-headed warhammer hauled overhead with both clawed hands, his scaled body braced and coiled with raw physical power. He wears a flowing cloak and pauldrons, a short blade scabbarded at his belt, and his jaws are open wide — a battle cry or a challenge, depending on how your Dungeon Master reads the room. Every scale, claw, and fang has been rendered with the kind of close detail that rewards a careful paint job.

Whether you need a fearsome chieftain holding authority over a lizardfolk warband, a boss encounter guarding the heart of a sunken temple, or a player character who has clawed his way to sovereignty over a rival tribe, this sculpt carries the gravitas to fill any of those roles. Equally at home on the battlefield or on a collector's shelf, he brings the primal menace of lizardfolk culture to life in a way that generic monster tokens simply cannot match.

A solid choice for adventurers who:

  • Need a commanding lizardfolk chieftain or warlord for a D&D 5e encounter
  • Are running a campaign set around swamps, flooded ruins, or tribal territories
  • Play a lizardfolk barbarian, fighter, or paladin and want a miniature with real presence
  • Collect monster miniatures and want a centrepiece-quality sculpt for display

Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to negotiate safe passage through the Blackwater Fens, but upon arriving at the lizardfolk settlement they find the previous emissary's remains displayed on a wooden frame. The Sovereign steps forward from the treeline — hammer raised, cloak trailing through the shallow water — and offers them a single chance to prove themselves worthy of conversation rather than becoming the next display.
