  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is pose 01 of our Lizardfolk Scout range, sculpted by Novaminis. The figure stands in a taut, watchful stance — one clawed hand raised to shade its reptilian eyes as it scans the horizon, the other gripping a tall bone-tipped spear planted firmly at its side. A rough-stitched hide cloak falls from its shoulders, a ceramic flask hangs at its belt, and scaly leg wrappings speak to a life spent moving through harsh terrain. The long, muscular tail sweeps out behind it, balancing the whole pose with a sense of coiled readiness. Every scale, claw, and stitch is crisply detailed, making this an equally rewarding miniature to paint or to place directly on the table.

Lizardfolk scouts operate at the edge of their tribe's territory — sent ahead to assess threats, track trespassers, or relay information back to the chieftain. This one reads less like a simple grunt and more like a seasoned operative: cautious, capable, and far more intelligent than most surface-dwellers assume. Whether you're running a swamp-based hex-crawl or introducing a lizardfolk faction as unlikely allies, this sculpt carries genuine character.

A good match for adventurers who:

  • Need a lizardfolk scout, ranger, or tracker NPC with real presence
  • Are building a lizardfolk warband or tribal encounter
  • Want a humanoid monster mini that doubles as a display piece
  • Are running a swamp, jungle, or borderlands campaign arc
  • Play a lizardfolk ranger or rogue and want a mini that fits the role

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a missing merchant along the Thornfen Road when they notice it — a single set of scaled footprints circling their camp in the mud, and the faint outline of a figure on the ridge above, spear in hand, watching without moving. It hasn't attacked. It's waiting for something. The question is whether the party speaks first, or finds out what it's waiting for the hard way.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Each miniature is printed to a high standard; support marks are removed as part of our process, though minor surface variations are an inherent part of the craft. All pieces are fully cured and ready for priming and painting, or display as-is.
