This large-scale mounted miniature puts a scaled, crested lizardfolk warrior astride a heavily armoured triceratops, bow drawn and arrow nocked mid-gallop. The rider wears layered scale armour with prominent shoulder and elbow guards, a spiked crest rising from the helm, and a full quiver secured at the saddle. The triceratops beneath is no mere beast of burden — it carries fitted plate barding across its frill and flanks, a battle saddle with rope detailing and saddlebags, and its three horns are left open and ready to charge. The pair sit on a large 51mm oval base, giving the sculpt the footprint it deserves on a crowded encounter grid.

The sculpt is packed with surface texture throughout: rough, pebbly hide on the dinosaur contrasts sharply with the smooth cast metal of the barding, while the rider's armour carries fine engraved scale patterning. Painted, this piece rewards a warm reptilian palette for the lizardfolk — deep greens, ochres, or iridescent blues — offset against the rust and bronze tones of battle-worn metal armour on the mount. A skilled painter will find plenty to work with in the rope and leather harness detail alone.
