Description
She came out of the dark woods at a sprint — axe raised, jaw set, and very much done with being the one in the story who waits to be rescued.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This miniature captures Little Red Riding Hood mid-charge, one knee lifted as she lunges forward across a forest floor base scattered with mushrooms and broken wood. Her axe is raised overhead in a two-handed grip, her curly hair wild around her face, and her expression leaves no doubt: she is the threat in this wood, not the prey. A fur-trimmed pack sits across her back, and her belt and boots speak to someone who spends a great deal of time moving fast through dangerous places.
She works brilliantly as a Ranger, Barbarian, or Rogue player character — or as the kind of NPC who becomes the most memorable person the party has ever met in a tavern. In a Feywild campaign, a Ravenloft gothic horror setting, or any forest-heavy adventure, she slots in with an immediately legible identity that rewards both gaming and display painting in equal measure.
Brilliant for adventurers who:
- Want a fairy tale subversion as a player character or memorable NPC
- Are running forest, Feywild, or gothic horror campaigns
- Need a fierce, dynamic female humanoid figure with clear narrative presence
- Collect miniatures for display as well as play
Encounter Hook:
The party is three days into the Thornwood when they hear something crashing through the undergrowth toward them — fast, deliberate, and not trying to hide. A young woman with wild hair and a raised axe bursts into the clearing, skids to a halt, and gives them a look that is equal parts relief and suspicion. She says one thing before the howling starts behind her: "There are six of them. Can you fight?"
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The model and scenic base are separate pieces, designed to fit together and can be fixed with a small amount of glue — the base is sculpted to interact with the pose and does make a noticeable difference to the finished look. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming, though she displays well straight from the box for those who prefer to game first and paint later.
