This is variation 04 of the Lionhorde Foot Soldier range from Witchsong Miniatures. Where some warriors charge headlong into battle, this one coils with intent — weight shifted forward, twin scythes drawn back and ready to carve through whatever stands in the Horde's path. The sculpt captures a lionfolk fighter in mid-stance: fur-covered digitigrade legs planted wide on a rubble-strewn base, scaled pauldrons and layered battle armour fitted to a frame built for violence, and a face that says the negotiation ended some time ago.
For Dungeon Masters, this miniature works brilliantly as an elite front-line soldier of a Feywild faction, a tribal honour guard, or a mercenary with an unresolved contract. Collectors will appreciate the tight detail in the armour layering and the dynamic twin-blade pose that photographs beautifully from any angle. Equally at home on the tabletop as it is on a display shelf.

Encounter Hook:
The village elder swore the Lionhorde hadn't crossed the Thornwood in a generation — but three farms are ash now, and the only survivor described a soldier carrying two curved blades and wearing scales that weren't its own. The party finds the warrior crouched atop the mill roof at dusk, waiting to see if they're worth the effort of a fight.
Details
Supplied at 32mm tabletop scale. The scenic rubble base is included and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. The miniature arrives unpainted and ready for priming — use it straight from the box for encounters, or take your time with a paint job that does the sculpt justice. Some minor marks from support removal are possible; these are straightforward to clean up before painting.
