The Lich Plague Doctor is a deeply unsettling fusion of arcane undeath and macabre medical iconography. Clad head-to-toe in heavy segmented armour layered like chitinous scales, he cuts an imposing figure — broad-shouldered, unhurried, and utterly without mercy. His beaked plague doctor's mask sits deep within a dark hood, those hollow eye sockets betraying nothing of the ancient intelligence behind them.
