Description
Behind the locked stacks of the Arcanist's Archive, the librarian moves with quiet purpose — every scroll, every tome, every forbidden text catalogued in a mind that has seen far too much to be surprised by anything adventurers drag through the door.
- ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
- ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections
This bundle brings together two distinct sculpts of the same character — a scholar-librarian who belongs in the dusty wings of a wizard's college, a noble's private archive, or the hidden vaults of a thieves' guild. Both variations are clearly the same woman, yet each tells a different story about the moment she's caught in.
Librarian 01 captures her mid-stride, arms wrapped around an enormous stack of books she's clearly been carrying for longer than is sensible. Her long lace-detailed skirt flows behind her, braided hair loose at the ends, and her expression suggests she knows exactly where she's going and doesn't have time for interruptions. This pose is brimming with narrative energy — a scholar on a mission, not to be trifled with.
Librarian 02 shows a quieter, more contemplative moment. She stands with one hand raised to her glasses, the other loosely holding a single closed tome at her side. Her weight is shifted, hair hanging free, her posture mid-thought — as if she's just remembered something she filed under 'best forgotten'. She reads as a potential quest-giver, a witness to old secrets, or simply the most dangerous person in any room full of books.
Together, the two sculpts offer Dungeon Masters a ready-made scholar NPC with real range — one for active scenes, one for reflective encounters. They're equally at home on a gaming table or a display shelf.
This bundle is well-suited for adventurers who:
- Need a credible, characterful scholar or archivist NPC for their city campaign
- Are running university, guild, or library-based encounters and want visual variety
- Play or DM for settings like Ravnica, Waterdeep, or any magic-academy arc
- Want two complementary sculpts from the same character for different scene types
- Paint collector-style NPC figures for display or diorama projects
Encounter Hook: The party arrives at the Grand Library of Varethos seeking a translated passage from the Codex of Unravelling — only to find the head librarian sprinting past them with an armful of books, shouting that section seven has been sealed on Archmage's orders. The second variation waits at the reading desk, turning a single volume over in her hands, eyes sharp behind her glasses. She knows what's in that section. She's deciding whether to tell them.
