This is a formidable leonin warrior from Great Grimoire's Last Night Clan range — a tiger-headed humanoid draped in ceremonial tribal armour that speaks of an ancient and martial culture. Broad pauldrons etched with geometric patterns, layered feather-and-leather wrappings at the waist, and runic bracers frame a powerfully built figure carrying both a rune-carved sword and a heavy ceremonial axe-mace.
