Description
At the very bottom of the infernal hierarchy, lemures shuffle and writhe — formless masses of damned souls, clawing blindly at anything within reach, destined to serve Baator's lords until they are worthy of a worse fate.

This is the third sculpt in MZ4250's 2025 Monster Manual series, and it captures the lemure in all its unsettling, fleshy misery. The figure depicts a squat, bloated form — barely humanoid — with loose folds of corrupted flesh rippling across its bulk. Its face is a half-formed grimace, teeth bared in a slack, hollow expression. Both arms reach forward with long, grasping claws, conveying that lurching, mindless advance that makes lemures so deeply unnerving as cannon fodder on the battlefield.
The sculpt rewards a painter willing to lean into contrast — deep purples or necrotic greys in the recesses against sickly pink or pale flesh tones on the raised folds will bring out the grotesque texture beautifully. It also works straight from the box as a grey or black-primed horror if you need it on the table quickly.
As the lowest form of devilkind, lemures typically appear in packs, so this sculpt pairs naturally with the other variations in MZ4250's Lemure series to build out a proper infernal mob — great for representing a wave of damned souls in an Avernus campaign or any descent-into-the-Hells scenario.
