- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs

The Leader of the Desert Mercenaries is a commanding figure drawn from the traditions of the great desert cities — part scout, part spymaster, part negotiator. She wears layered armour over desert robes, a feathered turban and face veil that mark her as someone who operates across borders and factions. Her falcon perches alert on her raised gauntlet, a trained creature as much weapon as companion, while her other hand rests ready at a short blade. A billowing cape sweeps behind her mid-stride, capturing the sense of someone always in motion — and always in control.
Whether she's a Rogue with a network of informants stretching from the dunes to the docks, a Ranger who reads the desert like a map, or a morally ambiguous NPC faction leader your players will spend three sessions trying to figure out — this sculpt carries weight at the table. The detail in her layered kit, studded belt, and tasselled sash makes her equally compelling as a display piece on the shelf.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Want a Rogue or Ranger character mini with a distinctive desert aesthetic
- Are building a desert-themed campaign setting or city-state arc
- Need a memorable NPC — guild leader, spymaster, or rival mercenary captain
- Collect display-quality miniatures inspired by fantasy Middle Eastern and North African cultures
- Appreciate characterful animal companions on the tabletop
Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a missing merchant caravan into the desert and finds it very much intact — surrounded by armed mercenaries and presided over by this woman, her falcon circling overhead. She's not hostile. Not yet. But she has the cargo, she has the numbers, and she has questions of her own. Who sent them, and what exactly are they willing to pay for a peaceful resolution?
