The Leader of the Desert Mercenaries is a commanding figure drawn from the traditions of the great desert cities — part scout, part spymaster, part negotiator. She wears layered armour over desert robes, a feathered turban and face veil that mark her as someone who operates across borders and factions. Her falcon perches alert on her raised gauntlet, a trained creature as much weapon as companion, while her other hand rests ready at a short blade. A billowing cape sweeps behind her mid-stride, capturing the sense of someone always in motion — and always in control.
Whether she's a Rogue with a network of informants stretching from the dunes to the docks, a Ranger who reads the desert like a map, or a morally ambiguous NPC faction leader your players will spend three sessions trying to figure out — this sculpt carries weight at the table.
