Lambert Miller by Great Grimoire

He's been grinding grain since before your party was born, and he knows something about the disappearances at the old watermill — if you can get him to talk.

• ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
• ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
• ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
• ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Lambert Miller cuts a familiar figure in any market town or village square: broad-shouldered and barrel-chested, with a shaved head, a close-cropped beard, and the quiet authority of a man who has never needed a sword to make his point. He wears a quilted work vest over a simple tunic, sturdy boots laced at the ankle, and knee guards that speak to long days on stone floors. One hand is curled loosely at his side — patient, watchful, weighing you up. He is the kind of man who knows every face in town and exactly who owes whom a favour.

Lambert works equally well as a quest-giver harbouring a dangerous secret, a reliable contact for an urban intrigue campaign, a reluctant witness to something he shouldn't have seen, or even a surprisingly capable former soldier who hung up his armour for a quieter life. The sculpt captures that lived-in, grounded quality that makes common-folk NPCs feel genuinely real at the table — and he's equally at home on a display shelf as he is anchoring a scene in your next session.

Suited to adventurers who:

• Need a memorable, grounded NPC to anchor a village or town encounter
• Are running an investigation arc, a rural mystery, or an urban intrigue campaign
• Want a Commoner, Veteran, or Thug stat block with a believable face to match
• Collect common-folk miniatures to bring their world-building to life

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives in Millhaven to resupply, only to find Lambert standing outside his mill in the early morning fog, arms folded, refusing to let anyone near the building. He says the wheel is broken. He says it with the eyes of a man who has not slept in three days — and there are fresh boot prints in the mud leading inside, and none leading out.
