Lagath the Seer is a commanding orc shaman sculpted with extraordinary detail by Stormborn Collectibles. She stands upright and resolute, her weight settled with quiet authority, one hand gripping a gnarled bone staff crowned with a cluster of skulls. The staff is a totem as much as a weapon — a rack of trophies that speaks to a long and unforgiving practice of communing with the dead.

Her headdress is a sweeping cascade of feathers and braided locks, anchored at the crown by a cracked bird skull that peers outward like a second set of eyes. More skulls are worked into her fur-trimmed wrap — including a prominent animal skull that hangs at her waist like a ceremonial ward. Every element of her dress feels earned rather than decorative: bones and pelts from creatures she has outlasted, feathers from spirits she has bargained with.

The sculpt is richly textured throughout. The feathered layers of her mantle have genuine weight and movement, her leather wraps are worn and knotted with care, and the staff's surface is gnarled and ancient-looking down to its bound cord and hanging talismans. She is a model that rewards slow, deliberate painting — dry-brushed bone tones, layered fur, deep shadow washes in the featherwork.

The miniature is multipart and comes with your choice of base: a sculpted decorative base, a plain round base, or no base for those building custom terrain or converting to existing scenic work.

A natural fit for adventurers who:

• Need a tribal spellcaster to lead or oppose an orc warband
• Are running a shaman, druid, or spirit-speaker PC with a savage aesthetic
• Want a memorable NPC — a wise elder, a dangerous soothsayer, or a cursed oracle
• Paint display pieces with layered textures and complex organic detail
• Are building out a wilderness or swamp encounter with credible spiritual authority at its centre

Encounter Hook

The party has been hired to retrieve a stolen clan idol from a rival tribe's territory — but when they arrive, they find the encampment silent. Lagath sits at its centre, cross-legged, her staff planted before her, the idol in her lap. She has already seen them coming. She has also seen what will happen to them if they try to take it back. The question is whether she will tell them — and at what price.
