Description

She does not rise to greet visitors — the throne is her power, the goblet her patience, and the wings at her back a reminder that she has never needed to flee from anything.

  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs

This sculpt captures a winged noblewoman seated in commanding repose upon a grand spiked throne — its arched back lined with sharp spires that frame her figure with authority. Her long hair falls loosely around her shoulders, and her expression is measured, confident, and just slightly dangerous. In her right hand she raises a wide-bowled goblet, the universal gesture of someone who makes you come to them. Her left hand rests casually on the throne's scrolled armrest — not gripping it, simply owning it.

She wears a flowing skirt that sweeps to one side, giving the composition a sense of relaxed grandeur. The feathered wings folded behind her could mark her as a celestial, a fallen aasimar, an archon in disguise, or simply a powerful noble who has earned the right to sit above the rest. The sculpt reads equally well as an angelic sovereign, a vampire consort with celestial heritage, or the kind of NPC who delivers quests and information in equal measure — and is never entirely honest about either.

The spiked throne itself is integral to the sculpt, making this an exceptionally characterful centrepiece for a throne room encounter, a heavenly court scene, or a corrupt noble's inner sanctum. The detail across the wings, hair, and throne architecture rewards careful painting, with clear layering opportunities at every surface.

This miniature suits adventurers who:

  • Need a winged noble BBEG or celestial authority figure for their campaign
  • Are running a fallen angel arc, corrupt divine court, or heavenly conspiracy
  • Want a regal, seated NPC miniature that reads as powerful without drawing a weapon
  • Are looking for an aasimar, celestial, or winged PC proxy with a dramatic presence
  • Collect display-worthy character miniatures that paint up as showpiece figures

Encounter Hook: The party has been summoned to the sanctum of the Countess Velanthis — a woman rumoured to have bargained with the divine and walked away richer than the gods intended. She sits unhurried on her iron-spired throne, swirling deep red wine in a goblet that never seems to empty, and she tells the adventurers she already knows why they've come. The question is whether she'll help them — and what exactly she'll ask for in return.
