Victoria Asquith is a duellist built for close-quarters confrontations and dramatic last words. This bust captures her mid-poise — a rapier levelled forward in her right hand while a short blade rests ready at her hip, her body angled with the casual confidence of someone who has won this particular argument many times before. A layered travel cape drapes over her shoulders, its fabric folds deeply sculpted to hold paint beautifully, while her breastplate and pauldrons show the kind of practical, ornate armour favoured by a fighter who cares about both function and impression. Her expression is sharp — a half-smirk that reads equally as pre-combat focus or post-victory amusement.
The bust is mounted on a tiered ornamental plinth decorated with scrollwork, repeating oval medallions, and a polyhedral die motif on the column — a knowing nod to the tabletop roots of the hobby. The rear of the bust is just as carefully realised as the front: the cape billows convincingly, the second blade is fully detailed at her back, and every layer of armour and clothing reads clearly from all angles.
This is a showcase piece for painters who want a subject with real narrative weight — someone whose story is already visible in the way she holds herself.
Well-suited for adventurers who:
- Play swashbuckler rogues, Eldritch Knights, or dual-wielding fighters at the table
- Want a striking centrepiece bust to anchor a display collection
- Are entering a painting competition and need a subject with exceptional surface variety
- Love female warrior characters with charisma and edge in equal measure
- Are fans of DM Stash's character-driven sculpt style
Encounter Hook: The party has been hired to retrieve stolen guild documents — but when they arrive at the meet, they find Victoria Asquith already there, blades drawn, documents in hand, and a smile that suggests she was expecting them. Whether she's an ally, a rival, or the job itself depends entirely on what the party does next.
