This bundle brings you five distinct Kuo-Toa sculpts from Yasashii Kyojin Studio, each one bristling with personality and menace. The set includes a crouching spearman with a dorsal fin crest and wide-mouthed snarl, a hook-wielding warrior bearing a scallop-shell shield, a towering shaman raising a bone-topped staff, and further fighters armed with curved hooks and rope-lashed polearms. Every sculpt is covered in overlapping scale detail, with webbed feet, frilled spines, and the kind of gape-jawed aggression that tells your players immediately: this is not a friendly encounter. Whether you're fielding them as a wandering patrol, a fanatical cult mob, or the honour guard of some newly imagined deep-sea deity, this set gives you the variety to build that scene properly.

Encounter Hook:
The fishing village on the edge of the underground lake has gone silent — no catch brought up, no lamps lit, no boats on the water. When the party investigates, they find the docks slick with brine and dozens of webbed footprints leading inland. At the village shrine, a crude effigy of something vast and eyeless has been erected overnight, and three Kuo-Toa stand before it in silent vigil, spears raised, waiting for converts — or sacrifices.

This bundle includes all five Kuo-Toa sculpts — spearman, hook-and-shield warrior, shaman with staff, hook-wielder with rope weapon, and a fifth fighter — all at 32mm scale. Supports are removed prior to dispatch. As with all hand-finished pieces, minor marks may occasionally remain and can be tidied with a hobby knife. Each piece is fully cured and ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box.
