This is pose 02 of our Kuo-Toa range from Yasashii Kyojin Studio, and it offers three distinct sculpt variations to choose from. The first shows a hunched, snarling warrior mid-lunge — bone blade raised overhead, a scallop shell clutched as a shield, webbed claws and scaled legs braced for the charge. The second poses the creature mid-stride with a long hooked staff levelled like a battering ram, dragging what appears to be a limp human figure — a chilling narrative frozen in resin. The third is a broader, fish-headed brute: dorsal fin raised, mouth agape with rows of needle teeth, shell shield at the ready and trident thrust forward in a wide, aggressive stance. All three carry that unsettling quality the Kuo-Toa do so well — something almost human in posture, entirely inhuman in form.

Whether you need a lurking ambush predator in a coastal dungeon, an Underdark warband soldier, or a devoted thrall of a mad fish-god cult, these sculpts give Dungeon Masters a full toolkit. Encounter Hook:
The party follows the sound of rhythmic chanting down into a flooded passage — and rounds a corner to find six Kuo-Toa circling a makeshift idol, their tridents raised and their hollow white eyes already fixed on the intruders. The one at the front drags a limp figure by the ankle. It drops it, and charges.

Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all hand-finished prints, minor marks may occasionally remain and can be tidied up easily before priming. Each piece is fully cured and ready for painting or use straight from the box.
