Description

The sea does not warn you when Sukurin wakes — the first sign is the silence, then the water pulling back from the hull, then the eyes, burning cold and ancient, breaking the surface.

  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs

Sukurin is no ordinary kraken. Where most deep-sea terrors are creatures of brute force, this sculpt captures something far more unsettling — an intelligence older than coastlines, a being that has swallowed fleets and forgotten them. The miniature depicts Sukurin erupting from churning waves, barnacle-encrusted carapace cresting above the waterline, multiple raking tentacles splayed wide in a crown of writhing threat. The face — hollow-eyed, multi-limbed at the jaw, and draped in kelp-like fronds — reads less as animal and more as entity. This is a creature your players will genuinely fear before you even roll initiative.

Two sculpt variations are available in this range. The front-facing version showcases Sukurin's full visage with glowing eyes and forward-reaching tentacles, while the rear-view sculpt reveals the full barnacle-studded dome of the carapace and the sweeping spread of its limbs — a different angle of dread entirely. Both sit on a detailed circular base that integrates the churning ocean surface into the sculpt itself.

Built for adventurers who:

  • Need a centrepiece boss monster for a nautical or coastal campaign arc
  • Want to represent a kraken, aboleth-adjacent entity, or ancient sea horror in D&D 5e
  • Are building a display collection of eldritch and aberrant creatures
  • Run seafaring campaigns and want a monster that earns its CR on sight alone

Encounter Hook:
The merchant vessel the party was hired to escort has gone quiet mid-crossing. When they row out to investigate, they find the ship listing — every timber warped as if squeezed by something immense — and a single survivor, wide-eyed and pointing silently at the water beneath the keel. The surface begins to ripple. Then the eyes appear.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. The miniature and its decorative base are separate pieces designed to be attached with super glue — the base integrates directly with the sculpt's wave detail, so the two are best displayed together. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Minor support marks from the print process are possible and can be tidied up before painting.
