This is a kobold with history written all over its face — literally. Thick stitched scars cross the muzzle, mismatched horns jut at uneven angles, and the whole silhouette speaks of a creature that has clawed its way up through the warren hierarchy on sheer bloody-mindedness. Clutching a heavy crossbow in one clawed hand, this fighter carries its weapon with the casual confidence of something that has used it often and well. A quiver of bolts and coiled rope are strapped across its back alongside what appears to be a hefty anchor-hook — field-rigged kit that tells its own story.

The sculpt is rich in surface detail: rope-wrapped bindings, scaled hide, layered cloth wrapping the torso, and those expressive clawed feet planted mid-crouch. The tail sweeps out behind for balance and visual weight. Encounter Hook

The party hears the click of crossbow bolts being loaded in the darkness ahead — then a second click, and a third. Six pairs of eyes gleam at the edge of torchlight, and the largest among them, horns cracked and muzzle stitched shut, raises a heavy crossbow and rasps something in Draconic that no one in the party is going to like the translation of.
