This is variation 02 of the Kobold Prisoner series from Novaminis — and it is a characterful one. The kobold stands upright in a posture of furious, restrained defiance: clawed hands thrust forward, heavy iron manacles locked around both wrists with a chunky chain linking them together, matching ankle shackles and a short chain hobbling the feet. The scaly, reptilian body is powerfully built for such a small creature, with pronounced dorsal spines along the back and a thick tail trailing behind. The face is the real centrepiece — wide jaws open in a full snarl, teeth bared, eyes wild with outrage or perhaps genuine menace.
