Kobold Friends is a charming and characterful duo: two stocky, scaled companions sharing a single base, shoulder to shoulder with all the swagger of creatures who've talked their way out of far worse. One sports a wide-brimmed witch's hat and long scruffy hair, wearing the expression of someone mid-scheme. The other stands taller, crowned with a rose-adorned headpiece, arms akimbo, looking thoroughly pleased with himself. Together they strike a pose that sits somewhere between a threat and a comedy double act — which, frankly, is exactly the energy a good kobold NPC should bring to the table.
Sculpted with wonderfully textured scaled skin, leafy layered skirts, and a detailed naturalistic base of roots and small flora, this piece works brilliantly as a matched pair of recurring NPCs — perhaps the slightly-too-confident kobold guides who lead the party into a trap, or the two local fixers everyone in the Underdark knows by reputation if not by name. Equally at home on a display shelf as on a game mat.

The party's kobold contact told them to meet his associate at the third tunnel junction — what they weren't expecting was for the associate to be a different kobold entirely, also claiming to be the contact, and for neither of them to seem even slightly bothered about the confusion.
Scaled to 32mm. The model is supplied on a single integrated scenic base — all one piece, ready for priming and painting straight away. As with any hand-finished piece, minor surface marks are possible; these are easily addressed before painting.
