This kobold bar patron is caught mid-proclamation, head thrown back with his jaws wide open, foam-topped tankard thrust out in one hand and a single claw raised to make a point only he considers important. Whether he's toasting a dragon god, arguing about the dice game he just lost, or simply announcing his own genius, this little draconic troublemaker brings immediate personality to any tavern scene.
