Description

They scuttle from the shadows in pairs — one bearing fire, one bearing steel — and by the time your party realises it's an ambush, the torchlight is already in your eyes.

  • ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
  • ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections

This bundle brings together two characterful kobold sculpts from Galaad Miniatures, each capturing a different side of these notorious dungeon denizens. The first is a stocky, broad-shouldered kobold — snout raised, brow furrowed — wielding a blazing torch overhead in one hand and a short curved blade in the other, with a stuffed pack strapped to his back suggesting a life spent scavenging deep tunnels. The second is leaner and faster, mid-stride with one leg lifted in a full charge, a small crown of spikes atop his rodent-like head, a scimitar raised high and his free hand balled into a fist — the look of something that absolutely does not know when to stop. Both sculpts carry tail detail and worn adventuring gear that rewards careful painting.

Kobolds thrive in numbers and in darkness. In D&D 5e they're classified as humanoids, but any experienced Dungeon Master knows they punch well above their Challenge Rating when deployed with cunning — rigged tunnels, stolen alchemist's fire, and a dragon patron who keeps them fed and furious. These two poses let you tell a story on the table before a die is even rolled.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Run low-level dungeon crawls featuring kobold ambush squads or trap-riddled lairs
  • Need kobold variants with distinct silhouettes so players can read the battlefield at a glance
  • Want characterful monsters that hold their own on a display shelf as well as a gaming table
  • Are building a dragon cult encounter with kobold foot-soldiers
  • Enjoy painting expressive, personality-rich creature sculpts

Encounter Hook:
The mine foreman warned the party about cave-ins — he said nothing about the pair of kobolds spotted near the old shaft entrance: one clutching a torch and moving to cut off the retreat, the other already sprinting headlong down the tunnel toward the light, screaming something in Draconic that the party's ranger is fairly sure translates to "for the dragon."

This bundle includes both kobold sculpts, printed at 32mm scale and supplied unpainted on round bases — ready for priming, painting, or fielding straight onto the table. Buying as a bundle offers a saving over purchasing each sculpt individually. Two poses, one set, endless encounter possibilities.
