Description
In the smoky underbelly of the city, where the forges never cool and coin changes hands without question, the kobold blacksmith knows more about what passes through this district than the city watch ever will.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This kobold blacksmith carries the weathered authority of someone who has spent a lifetime at the forge. Broad-shouldered and barrel-chested for his kind, he wears a sturdy leather apron secured with heavy buckled straps across his chest, paired with chunky armoured bracers on both forearms. His maw is open in a snarl or a bark of laughter — it's hard to say which — and one clawed hand is raised as if mid-gesture: making a point, demanding payment, or warning off someone who has wandered too close to his workspace. A satchel or saddlebag is buckled at his back, and his thick, spike-ridged tail sweeps behind him with coiled energy. The sculpt's scaly texture is rendered in sharp relief across the entire body — every plate and ridge catching the light in a way that rewards careful drybrushing.
As a D&D miniature, this kobold blacksmith works brilliantly in almost any urban or underground setting. Use him as a quirky but indispensable NPC contact in a city campaign — the kind of craftsman who'll repair the party's gear without asking too many questions, so long as the gold is good. Equally, he reads as a capable warrior-smith dragged into the fight, the foreman of a kobold warband's supply operation, or even a player character for adventurers leaning into an unconventional build. The pose and the detail on this sculpt also make him a genuinely satisfying piece to paint as a standalone display model.
Adventurers who'll love this miniature:
- Dungeon Masters running city intrigue campaigns with a craftsman quarter or underground market
- Players building a kobold artificer, fighter, or rogue player character
- Painters who want a characterful small-race sculpt with excellent surface texture to work with
- Collectors drawn to unconventional NPC sculpts with real personality
Encounter Hook
The party's weapons have taken a battering after three nights in the sewers, and the only smith willing to work without guild paperwork is a kobold operating out of a collapsed arch beneath the merchant district. He'll fix the longsword — but he's heard something about the party's last job, and he wants answers before he hands it back.
