Aga is a Kobold Bard with a presence that makes up for every inch she lacks in stature. This sculpt from DnD Is A Woman captures her mid-performance, accordion stretched wide between scaled claws, jaws open in a grin that sits somewhere between showmanship and threat. Her layered robes fall in flowing panels over a woven skirt, belted at the waist, while the ridged texture of her tail and the detail on her taloned feet reward a painter's close attention. The back view reveals the full sweep of her spiny crest and the diamond-pattern weave of her outer robe — a gift to anyone who enjoys working glazes and layered colour into finely textured cloth.
Whether you're running a city-based campaign, a raucous tavern encounter, or building a Kobold-centred warband with personality to spare, Aga brings genuine character to any scene. She works just as well as an NPC street performer with suspect allegiances as she does as a player character Bard strutting into her first session.
A good fit for adventurers who:
- Want a Kobold miniature that reads as a fully-realised character rather than a dungeon fodder token
- Are playing or running a Bard PC with a draconic or kobold background
- Need a distinctive NPC entertainer, spy, or guild contact for an urban campaign
- Enjoy display painting projects with rich textural detail — robes, scales, and woven cloth all in one sculpt
Encounter Hook:
The party tracks their missing contact to a market square, where a crowd has gathered around a kobold accordionist playing a tune that sounds suspiciously like an encoded message — and she's already locked eyes with the rogue.
