This is pose 02 of our Kobold range from Yasashii Kyojin Studio — and it means business. Crouching low in a battle-ready stance, this muscular kobold warrior clutches a wicked trident-tipped spear at full extension, jaws wrenched open mid-war cry. A heavy pauldron sits bolted to one shoulder, a second armour plate strapped to the opposite arm, and every cord of muscle in the sculpt speaks of something that has survived far too many tunnel skirmishes to be underestimated. This is not the skittering, comedic kobold of folklore — this is a veteran guardian that your players will respect immediately.
Details
At 18mm tall (crouching pose), this mini sits slightly lower on the base than a standing humanoid, which makes it all the more effective when running groups of kobold defenders in formation. Pair it with other poses in the range to build a diverse, dynamic warband that brings real visual variety to your encounter map.

Encounter Hook:
The party hears it before they see it — a low, rattling hiss echoing from the far end of the collapsed mineshaft, followed by the scrape of a spear tip dragged slowly across stone. Then the torchlight catches two dozen pairs of eyes, and the first kobold lunges from the dark, trident leading.
Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Printed at 32mm scale (18mm crouching height). Available with or without a plain black base — the base is supplied unattached and can be glued in place. Some minor marks from support removal are possible; these are easily tidied before painting. Suits both gaming use and display collecting equally well.
