This bust from Primal Collectibles' Chronicles of Excalibur range captures Percival at the height of his knightly resolve. He stands clad in quilted gambeson beneath broad pauldrons, chainmail gauntlets visible at the cuffs, and a travelling cloak swept back behind him. A simple cross pendant rests at his chest — a quiet mark of faith rather than ceremony. In his right hand he holds a tall spear, gripped with easy confidence; on his left arm rests a round shield bearing ornate scrollwork reliefs that speak of a craftsman's devotion. His expression is composed and direct — a young man who has seen enough to no longer be naive, but not yet enough to become hard.
