She has been sitting at the edge of the marsh for longer than the village has stood — and the lilies bloom wherever her gaze lingers.

The Kikimora is a figure drawn from deep Slavic folklore: a spirit of the home and the wild places between, neither wholly benevolent nor entirely threatening. This sculpt captures her in a rare moment of stillness — seated atop a mossy stone, one leg crossed, her expression distant and knowing. Her long hair falls loose beneath a crown of flowers, and her off-shoulder dress drapes in soft folds around her. Cattails and water lilies surround the base, placing her firmly in the liminal space between civilisation and the untamed wetlands beyond.

For Dungeon Masters, she makes a compelling fey creature, nature spirit, or enigmatic quest-giver with genuine visual presence. For painters, the layers of soft fabric, delicate floral detail, and the richly textured base offer a rewarding project from first brush stroke to final highlight.

Perfect for adventurers who:

• Need a fey NPC with genuine mystique and a sense of deep, unhurried power
• Are building a swamp, fenland, or forest-edge encounter with atmosphere
• Want a display piece that rewards careful brushwork and patient layering
• Are running campaigns with Slavic or Eastern European folkloric flavour

Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to find a missing herbalist last seen gathering reeds near the marsh. When they arrive, they find her sitting quietly with a woman none of them recognise — a woman who smells of rain and soil, who knows the herbalist's name, her mother's name, and the name of every child the village has ever lost to the water. She has not harmed anyone. She is simply waiting to be asked the right question.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. The miniature arrives ready for priming and painting, or use her straight from the box for an atmospheric unpainted display piece. A decorative base option is available — if you select it, please send us a note to let us know which base style you'd prefer. The base arrives separate and can be easily attached with a small amount of glue. As with all hand-finished resin pieces, minor surface marks may occasionally be present; these are easily tidied up before painting.
