This is pose 04 of the Novaminis Kenku Scout range, and it's one of the most characterful of the set. Caught mid-crouch in a forward-leaning, predatory stance, this birdfolk scout is draped in a heavy, stitched leather cloak that billows dramatically behind them. A thick chain belt hangs at the waist alongside a round medallion, and the taloned feet are wide and gripping — ready to lunge, bolt, or vanish into shadow. The open beak and hunched posture give this sculpt an air of fierce alertness, as though they've just heard something they weren't meant to.
The layered detail on the cloak — cross-stitched seams, worn leather folds, pouches, and trinkets — makes this a rewarding piece to paint, whether you're after a gritty street-level rogue or an enigmatic guild operative. Equally at home on the tabletop and on a collector's shelf.

Encounter Hook:
The party's contact in the city is a kenku known only as the Hollow — they've never given a name, only ever speaking in fragments of overheard conversation. When the party arrives at the meeting point, they find the Hollow crouched on a low wall, head tilted at an unsettling angle, eyes fixed on a figure across the square. Without turning, the kenku says in a stolen voice: "They know you're here."
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Each miniature is printed to a high standard; supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up with light work.
