Description

It sat on the doorstep like any other harvest decoration — until the party got close enough to smell the breath.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Jack O'Lantern Mimic is one of those gloriously devious creature concepts that makes a Dungeon Master grin and a party collectively roll Perception. Sculpted with a gaping maw of jagged, uneven teeth, a curling tongue lolling from its lower jaw, and the unmistakable silhouette of a pumpkin gone very wrong, this miniature captures the mimic's most essential quality: it looks like something it absolutely is not. The ribbed skin of the gourd, the leafy stem twisted into something almost antler-like, and those hollow, malevolent eye sockets all sell the deception right up until initiative is rolled.

Whether you're running a Ravenloft horror arc, a Feywild harvest festival gone sideways, or simply want to punish the rogue who keeps touching things without checking for traps, the Jack O'Lantern Mimic earns its place on the encounter table and on the display shelf in equal measure.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Run seasonal or horror-themed D&D and TTRPG encounters
  • Want a mimic variant that drops jaws before it opens its own
  • Are building a Halloween or Ravenloft-themed encounter set
  • Collect characterful monster miniatures for display as well as play
  • Enjoy painting projects with strong surface detail and dramatic expression

Encounter Hook:
The village of Ashenmere has celebrated the Harvest of Lights for generations — carved lanterns lining every path to the inn. This year, three villagers went to retrieve their lanterns at dawn and didn't come back. When the party investigates, the lanterns are all still there, sitting quietly in a row. One of them is breathing.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. The model with the integrated base comes as a single piece, already attached. The model with a plain base ships with the base separate and can be assembled with a small amount of glue. Both options are supplied unpainted and ready for priming and painting straight out of the box — or equally at home used as-is for your next session.
