Ironborn Sorcerer Crescendo by DnD Is A Woman

She arrived at the ball uninvited, and by the time anyone noticed the smoke curling from her gloves, it was far too late to ask her to leave.

The Ironborn Sorcerer Crescendo is a figure that commands attention before a single word is spoken. Dressed in a sweeping Victorian-style gown — layered skirts, a corseted bodice adorned with intricate filigree, and a wide-brimmed hat tilted with studied elegance — she carries herself with the composed authority of someone who has never needed to raise her voice. The magic does the raising for her.

From both hands, great billowing tendrils of arcane energy surge and coil outward in dramatic arcs, dwarfing the figure beneath. The contrast between that delicate, fashionable silhouette and the raw elemental power she commands is the whole point — this is a character who weaponises underestimation. Her masked face is unreadable, her posture unhurried. Whatever she is about to do, she has already calculated the outcome.

The sculpt rewards careful painting. The gown's ruffled hem and the intricate lacework at her collar offer tremendous textural variety, while those sweeping smoke tendrils are a dream for object source lighting experiments — whether you lean into pale ghostly whites, crackling amber, or eldritch violet. This is a miniature that will look exceptional on a competitive painting tray just as readily as it will turn heads across the gaming table.

This is a multipart miniature — all components are included in your order.

• Suits a Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard Player Character with a theatrical flair
• Makes a compelling BBEG: the enigmatic mastermind behind a city's secret society
• Works beautifully as a high-society NPC with very dangerous hidden depths
• A rewarding canvas for Object Source Lighting and fine-detail brush work
• Brings gravitas to any Gothic, Steampunk, or Ravenloft-adjacent campaign setting

Encounter Hook: The party has been invited to a masked gala at the city's most exclusive guild hall. Midway through the evening, the lights gutter and the air fills with the acrid scent of ozone. A woman in a wide-brimmed hat steps to the centre of the floor, smoke uncoiling lazily from her outstretched hands, and addresses the assembled dignitaries by name — every name — including the aliases the party thought no one here knew.
