Description

She holds the tome like a secret she has no intention of sharing — and that smile suggests she knows exactly what you came to ask.

  • ✔ Large-scale display bust — significantly bigger than standard 32mm
  • ✔ Resin printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — ideal as a centrepiece painting project
  • ✔ Designed for display shelves and painting competitions

Irene is a collector's bust sculpted with the kind of narrative detail that stops you mid-brushstroke to wonder about her story. She wears a wide-brimmed hat trimmed with a generous frill, her hair pinned up beneath it with effortless composure. Held close to her chest is a weathered arcane tome, one hand resting lightly at her chin — thoughtful, calculating, and entirely in control of whatever situation she finds herself in. The reverse of the bust reveals additional detail: decorative flourishes at the back of the hat and the spine of the tome, rewarding painters who take their time.

Whether she's a mysterious patron who appears between quests with too much knowledge and too little explanation, a scholar of forbidden lore, or a high-society figure with dangerous connections, Irene carries the kind of quiet authority that makes adventurers nervous. As a display bust, she's a canvas for expressive skin tones, rich fabric textures, and careful hat decoration — the frilled brim alone offers real opportunities for freehand work.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Paint display busts and want a character with genuine personality and paintable detail
  • Are building a collection of fantasy NPCs, patrons, or narrative figures
  • Need visual inspiration for a campaign's enigmatic information broker or arcane scholar
  • Want a centrepiece that holds its own on a shelf, a painting desk, or a game table

Encounter Hook:
The party tracks down the only person said to know the location of the sealed vault — and finds Irene waiting for them in a candlelit study, already holding a cup of tea and the answer they need. She names her price before they've even sat down, and somehow it's exactly what they least want to give up.

Details

This is a bust-format miniature, designed for display and painting projects rather than standard tabletop combat use. Printed in high-quality resin at our UK studio, Irene arrives with supports removed and fully cured. As with all resin prints, minor surface marks are possible — these are easily tidied up before painting. Not suitable for children under 15.
