Invictus Lighthammer cuts an imposing silhouette — broad-shouldered and battle-ready, clad in layered plate armour etched with solar iconography. A large ornate warhammer is thrust forward in one hand, its head decorated with floral relief work, while the other arm bears a massive spiked shield bearing a sunburst motif. His cloak billows behind him like a storm front, and his expression carries the weight of someone who has seen too many graves and refuses to add his own. The sculpted base places him atop scattered skulls, which he treads over without ceremony.
The armour is richly detailed — scale-like plates on the legs, layered pauldrons with blade-edged crests, and a chest emblazoned with a radiant sun symbol. This is not the armour of a parade-ground champion. The silhouette reads as both a devout warrior and something more conflicted — a man whose faith has been forged in the harshest of crucibles. Whether he is a Paladin of the Dawn, a fallen champion still wielding the light he once swore by, or an BBEG whose righteousness has curdled into zealotry, Invictus Lighthammer carries narrative weight in every detail.
This is a multipart miniature with both a decorative scenic base and a plain base included, giving you flexibility for display or gaming use. Supported and unsupported print variants are available so you can choose whatever suits your printing setup best.
Well suited to adventurers who:
- Play Paladins, War Clerics, or Oath of Glory champions
- Need a commanding presence for a morally complex holy warrior NPC
- Want a centrepiece miniature with strong narrative energy
- Are building a campaign around zealotry, crusades, or divine conflict
- Love dramatic cloaks and armour with genuine sculpting depth
Encounter Hook
The party has pursued rumours of a self-proclaimed Champion of the Sun who has been cleansing villages of "darkness" — burning libraries, silencing dissidents, and leaving skulls at crossroads as warnings. When they finally face him in the ruined nave of a temple he has reclaimed by force, Invictus Lighthammer does not consider himself the villain. He lowers his hammer and offers them one chance to kneel.
