This is a golem mid-rampage — and the sculpt makes no apologies for it. The figure is caught in a dramatic attack pose, one massive stone fist raised overhead and the other cocked back, body twisted with the momentum of a blow that could flatten a building. Every surface is textured with fractured rock plating, angular crystal protrusions, and layered stone armour that speaks to something far older than any wizard who might have called it into being.
The head is a angular, faceted mass of interlocking stone — part helmet, part geological formation — giving the golem an unmistakably elemental quality without losing its sense of constructed, purposeful menace. Runic detailing across the torso and a buckled waistband suggest this is no mindless heap of rubble, but something shaped, bound, and dangerously obedient. The scale reference in the image shows just how imposing this large-size creature is compared to a standard 32mm miniature — this thing towers.
Whether you're running it as a bound guardian, a construct gone rogue, or the animated bodyguard of an earth archon, the attack pose gives this golem enormous presence on the table. Painters will find incredible texture work to bring out with washes and drybrushing — stone layers, crystal facets, and rune-carved surfaces all reward careful work and look equally compelling as a raw display piece.
A great choice for adventurers who:
- Need a large-size construct or elemental for an encounter
- Are running dungeon delves, elemental plane campaigns, or Artificer-heavy stories
- Want a centrepiece monster that commands the table without saying a word
- Enjoy painting textured stone and crystal surfaces
- Are building a display collection of elemental or constructed creatures
Encounter Hook: The party has been hired to retrieve a stolen binding stone from the vaults of a collapsed dwarven hold. What they didn't know is that the stone is still active — and the golem it was meant to control has been waiting in the dark for three hundred years, fist already raised.
