The Ice Devil — or gelugon, to those who have survived the encounter long enough to learn the name — is one of the most feared combatants in the Nine Hells. This sculpt captures it in a wide, combat-ready stance: spear levelled across its body, segmented insectoid torso bristling with spines, and a tail coiled behind it like a threat held in reserve. The head is nightmarish in its detail — great compound eyes, two curving horns, and a pair of sabre-like fangs framing a mouth built for something far worse than speech.

The chitinous plating across the torso and limbs has the layered, overlapping quality of true arthropod anatomy, giving the sculpt a genuinely alien quality that sets it apart from more humanoid devils. The spiked bracer on its forearm and the clawed, taloned feet complete the picture of a creature that does not simply fight — it dominates.
