This is no ordinary sphinx. Gone is the regal riddler of ancient myth; in its place crouches something older and far more dangerous. Two snarling, fang-bared heads lunge forward from a mane of wild, matted fur, wings spread wide mid-stoop — every feather individually sculpted in extraordinary detail. The creature's leonine body is coiled with predatory tension, a barbed tail curling behind it, and its base is strewn with the rubble of whatever unfortunate settlement it has already torn apart. This is a creature that does not wait to be found. It hunts.
At large display scale with an 80mm base, this miniature commands a battle map the moment it hits the table. The sheer wingspan alone makes it an imposing centrepiece, equally at home as the climactic BBEG of a desert campaign arc or a prized piece on a collector's shelf. This is variation 02 of the Hydra Sphinx range from Witchsong Miniatures, featuring a distinctive multi-headed attacking pose. The model is printed at large display scale with an 80mm base — sized by the artist to command the table as a boss character. If you require a different scale, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. The base is included detached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. As with all our prints, supports are removed and each piece is quality checked before it leaves us — minor imperfections can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up with a hobby knife.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
