The Hungry Child 02 is a deeply unsettling sculpt from Novaminis — a gaunt, hollow-faced figure in a long, rough-stitched robe that trails behind her as she moves. One arm is raised, fingers half-curled as if beckoning or grasping, whilst the other hangs low, clawed and reaching. Her tangled, matted dreadlocks frame a face that is disturbingly blank — aware, but emptied of everything except hunger. The heavy cross-stitch work running the full length of her dress hints at something patched together, repaired, or perhaps reassembled.
This is variation 02 of the Hungry Child series. Where other poses in the series may convey stillness or dread, this sculpt captures motion — she is mid-reach, mid-lurch, a figure that belongs in a fog-choked village or a cursed orphanage. The dynamic lean of her body and the expressiveness of both hands make this a strong choice for DMs who want their horror encounters to land visually on the table.
