Description
The old man's outstretched hand crackles with barely-contained energy, runes glowing along the hem of his robes as he levels a shard of frozen lightning at whoever was foolish enough to step into his path.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This human wizard miniature from Mia Kay M3DM is a sculpt packed with personality and arcane menace. He wears layered, billowing robes decorated with intricate Celtic knotwork along the hem and collar, a weathered sash belt hung with pouches and a runed tome, and a tall pointed hat banded with scrollwork. His arm is thrust forward, fingers splayed around a jagged bolt of conjured energy — the pose of a man mid-incantation, fully committed to whatever he's about to unleash. A fine white beard frames a face hidden in shadow beneath the brim of that hat, lending him the air of a mage who has seen rather too much and forgotten very little.
Whether you're bringing him to the table as a seasoned player character wizard, a cryptic archmage NPC, or the final boss of a tower full of stolen spellbooks, this sculpt carries real dramatic weight. He's equally at home on a gaming board and in a display cabinet.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a wizard player character with genuine presence at 32mm scale
- Want a powerful archmage, court mage, or reclusive sage for an NPC role
- Are building a rival or mentor figure with a history behind his eyes
- Collect high-detail human character minis for painting projects
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the ruined observatory to find it already occupied — an elderly wizard stands at the broken parapet, arm extended, holding back a tide of shadow creatures with a single sustained bolt of crackling force. He doesn't look at them. He just says, quietly, "I hope you're here to help. I can hold this for perhaps three more rounds."
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale, ready for priming and painting or use straight from the base. The model on the detailed scenic base comes as a single piece. A plain base variant is available separately and attaches easily with a drop of superglue. As with all hand-finished prints, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present — these are easily tidied up before painting.
