There are spells gone wrong, and then there are Polymorph gone wrong. This sculpt captures the tragicomic horror of a mid-transformation victim — still recognisably human in frame and expression, but sporting a fine pair of ram's horns, cloven-hooved legs, and the determined fury of someone who has absolutely had enough of this. Clad in scale armour and loose travelling garb, this figure is mid-stride with one leg raised and a fist drawn back, as if the transformation has done nothing to dampen his fighting spirit. The base is scattered with wild grass and crystal formations, grounding the chaos in a specific, vivid moment.

Encounter Hook:
The party are hired by the town of Ashford Crossing to locate their missing magistrate — last seen arguing with a travelling wizard. They find him in the market square, half-transformed, furious, and using his remaining human intelligence to direct a very confused flock of actual sheep in an improvised blockade of the wizard's guild. He needs the curse broken. The sheep are, somehow, following his orders. Nobody is explaining that part.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The model with a detailed base comes as a single piece attached to the base. The plain-base version ships with the base detached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Some minor support marks may be present and are easily tidied up — each piece is quality checked before despatch.
