Mia Kay's Human Monster Hunter is a sculpt that tells a story before a single die is rolled. Clad in layered travel armour with a flowing cape swept back behind her, she carries a longsword with the casual grip of someone who has used it plenty. Throwing knives are strapped to her thigh, a wide-brimmed hat frames a composed, calculating expression, and her base suggests rocky wilderness terrain — as if she's just crested a ridge and spotted something that needs dealing with. This is a character who has a reputation, a price list, and probably a very short fuse for clients who waste her time.
Whether she's your Ranger PC stalking aberrations through the Misty Forest, a hired blade the party encounters at a roadside inn, or a morally ambiguous NPC with her own agenda, this sculpt carries the weight of a well-travelled professional. She'd sit equally well on a display shelf or across the battlefield mat.
A good fit for adventurers who:
- Are building a Ranger, Fighter, or Rogue player character with a hunter's edge
- Need a compelling NPC — a rival, a contact, or a quest-giver with steel behind her words
- Want a named villain or morally grey hired sword for their campaign
- Collect character-driven sculpts with strong visual storytelling
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the village to investigate a string of livestock disappearances — only to find a stranger already there, crouched over tracks in the mud outside the barn. She glances up from under the brim of her hat, clocks each of them in turn, and says simply: "You're not from the guild. So who sent you, and are you going to be useful or in my way?"
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The version with a detailed base comes as a single assembled piece. The plain-base version ships with the base detached for easy gluing. Both are supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or striking as bare resin on a display shelf. We quality-check every piece before it leaves us, and while the occasional minor mark from the print process is possible, these are straightforward to address before painting.
