This is variation 6 of MZ4250's Human Male Fighter range, and he cuts a distinctive figure on the tabletop. Clad in segmented plate armour with pauldrons, vambraces, and greaves, this broad-shouldered veteran rests both hands atop a large sword planted point-down before him — a pose that reads equally as quiet menace, weary authority, or hard-earned confidence. A spiked helmet frames his bearded face, and his open-sandalled feet give him an almost Roman gladiatorial edge beneath all that northern steel. He stands on a simple round base, presented in unprimed grey resin, ready for whatever scheme you have in mind.
Whether you're placing him across the table as a rival knight, a mercenary captain who's seen better employers, or a Player Character with a story written in scar tissue, this sculpt brings weight and presence to any encounter. His resting stance makes him equally at home in a throne room audience, a city garrison, or a tavern where everyone wisely leaves the corner table free.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a seasoned fighter PC with a commanding, lived-in look
- Want a grizzled NPC commander, rival, or reluctant ally
- Are building a city guard, mercenary band, or military encounter
- Love painting rich metallic armour and detailed facial hair
- Collect across MZ4250's fighter range to field multiple variants
Encounter Hook:
The party enters the warlord's camp under a flag of parley. At the centre of the firelit clearing stands one man — arms resting on his sword, watching them approach with the unhurried stillness of someone who stopped fearing ambushes a long time ago. He doesn't speak first. He never does.
