Mia Kay's Human Fisherman is a beautifully grounded sculpt — the kind of character that anchors a coastal village, a riverside trading post, or a port city teeming with rumour and salt air. He stands barefoot and unhurried, wide-brimmed woven hat shading a weathered face that's seen too much to be rattled by adventurers asking questions. A coil of rope cinches his waist, a large iron fishing hook dangles at his hip, and he leans on a long staff with the easy confidence of a man who knows these waters better than anyone. His tooth-and-bone necklace suggests he's caught things worth keeping trophies from.

Whether you're placing him as a gruff quest-giver on the docks, a retired sailor with a dark secret, or a Ranger or Druid PC who's chosen a life beside the sea, this sculpt carries real character in every detail. Equally at home on the tabletop or displayed on a shelf, he's the kind of mini that makes players lean in and ask who he is.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable coastal or riverland NPC with a distinct, lived-in look
  • Are building campaigns set near the sea, a harbour town, or inland waterways
  • Want a grounded, non-combat PC option — Ranger, Druid, or Rogue with a maritime backstory
  • Collect characterful human sculpts for display or narrative gaming

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at a fog-wrapped fishing village to find the nets have come up empty for three weeks running — and old Cassian, the only fisherman still willing to go out, is sitting on the dock at midnight mending rope and refusing to explain what he's seen beneath the surface.

What's included:
This miniature is printed at 32mm scale. The model with a sculpted base comes as a single piece — character and base attached. The model with a plain base is supplied with the base separate for easy attachment with a small amount of glue. The miniature arrives support-free and fully cured, ready for priming and painting — or display straight from the box. Minor surface marks are possible as a natural result of the printing process and can be tidied up with light sanding.
