Human Fighter (Ducard) by Primal Collectibles
Description
He has walked battlefields others only hear about in tavern tales — and his blade remembers every one of them.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Ducard cuts an imposing figure: long hair swept back, a great cape billowing behind him as he raises a two-handed sword with the composure of someone who has done this before. His armour is practical rather than ceremonial — layered scale and leather, studded belt, tall boots — the kit of a fighter who earns his keep rather than inherits it. The sculpt captures him across multiple moments: a wide combat stance with sword raised high, a composed side-profile at rest, and a rear view that shows the full drama of that sweeping cloak. The detailed textured base adds broken stone underfoot, grounding him in a world that doesn't pull its punches.
Whether you're building a seasoned mercenary, a fallen noble reclaiming his honour, a rival who knows the party better than they'd like, or a player character who's seen too much to be easily rattled — Ducard fits the role. He works equally well on the tabletop as a fighter, ranger, or rogue-adjacent warrior, and his presence on a display shelf speaks for itself.
Well-suited for adventurers who:
- Want a grounded, battle-worn human fighter for their next campaign
- Are building a rival NPC with history and gravitas
- Play fighters, rangers, or warriors with a weary edge
- Enjoy larger display-scale painting projects with strong silhouette and cloak detail
- Are looking for a character that reads as both hero and threat depending on the session
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the ruins of a border garrison to find one survivor — a long-haired swordsman crouched over a body, sword driven into the earth beside him. He doesn't reach for it when they approach. He just says: "You're too late. But so was I." He knows who did this. He's not sure yet whether the party is an asset or an obstacle.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and decorative base are separate pieces — a small amount of glue brings them together, and the base is designed to complement the figure's pose. Printed to a high level of detail; support marks are removed as standard, though minor imperfections inherent to the printing process may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or display as-is.
