Description
She's hauled water from the well every morning for twenty years — and she's seen enough to know that the strangers who just rode into town are going to be trouble.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Every thriving town, every besieged village, every smoke-stained tavern is built on the backs of people like her. This Human Female Commoner sculpt captures that everyday resilience with remarkable character detail: a hooded head wrap, layered working clothes belted at the waist, and a wooden bucket held at her side as she gestures with her free hand — mid-word, mid-warning, or mid-bargain. Her expression carries the wariness of someone who has learned to read people quickly and trust them slowly.
Whether she's the frightened innkeeper's wife clutching a rumour about the old mill, the village elder's daughter who actually knows where the cultists meet, or simply a piece of living scenery that makes your market square feel genuinely inhabited — this sculpt brings authentic, grounded humanity to any campaign setting. Equally at home on a gaming table or a display shelf, she rewards a careful paint job with enormous character.
Well suited for adventurers who:
- Want believable, characterful NPCs to populate towns and villages
- Are building immersive scene pieces for D&D or other TTRPG sessions
- Need a quest-giver, witness, or reluctant informant with a face worth remembering
- Collect display miniatures that tell a story without a word of text
Encounter Hook:
The party asks around the village about the missing merchant. Every door stays shut — until a woman drawing water from the well glances over her shoulder, sets down her bucket, and says quietly: "Come back after dark. Come alone. And don't tell anyone you spoke to me."
