Description
He's not a hero — not yet, anyway — but the set of his jaw and the grip on that staff say he's seen enough of the world to know when trouble's coming.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This Human Commoner cuts a quietly compelling figure: a middle-aged man in layered travelling clothes, a belted tunic, and worn boots, holding a long wooden staff at his side. His free hand is raised — cautioning, pleading, or warning, depending on the story you're telling. A modest feathered cap and a small satchel at his hip complete the look of someone who walks roads rather than dungeon corridors. There's no armour, no sword — just the weight of someone who lives in the world your adventurers are constantly disrupting.
For Dungeon Masters, that makes him endlessly useful. He could be the miller who knows the cult's meeting place, the reluctant informant whose family is being threatened, or the sole survivor of a village massacre with a name your players will actually remember. For painters, the clean sculpt and natural fabric folds offer a satisfying canvas — straightforward to base coat, rewarding to shade.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a convincing quest-giver, witness, or reluctant ally for their next session
- Are building out a village, town, or roadside encounter with believable NPCs
- Want a human miniature with real character without the full adventurer kit
- Enjoy painting realistic, grounded figures with strong silhouettes
Encounter Hook:
As the party enters the market square of Thornhaven, a man breaks from the crowd and grabs the nearest adventurer by the arm. His knuckles are white around his staff, his voice barely above a whisper: "The reeve's been replaced — I don't know by what — but it's not him any more. You have to listen."
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue.
