Description

She's played smoky taverns and haunted ruins alike — wherever coin and intrigue meet, her lute is never far behind.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Mia Kay's Human Bard is a characterful sculpt of a confident, road-worn performer caught mid-performance, her ornate lute held across her body with practised ease. Long hair falls loose around her shoulders, and her layered travelling clothes — open-fronted tunic, wide sleeves, and turned-down boot cuffs — speak of someone who moves between worlds: one foot in the gentry's court, the other firmly on the open road. Her expression is composed, knowing, and just slightly amused — the hallmark of someone who's heard every secret in every town she's passed through.

Whether you're building a Bard player character with a few too many unresolved plot hooks, or you need an NPC performer whose songs carry coded messages for the resistance, this sculpt brings a real sense of personality to the table. She works equally well as a display piece — the detail in the lute's carved body and tuning pegs makes her a rewarding paint project for collectors who want something with genuine character.

A fine choice for adventurers who:

  • Are playing a Bard PC and want a mini that captures the class's charm and swagger
  • Need a memorable tavern NPC, travelling minstrel, or information broker
  • Want a quest-giver with an air of knowing far more than she's letting on
  • Enjoy painting detailed musical instruments and expressive faces
  • Are building a display shelf that tells a story at a glance

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the Gilded Flagon to find the evening's entertainment in full swing — but the bard on stage locks eyes with your rogue and gives the faintest nod towards the back door. She knows something. She's been waiting. Whether she's an ally or a very well-prepared trap is entirely up to your DM.
