This human barbarian is a man who's lived hard and fought harder. Broad-shouldered and bare-armed despite the chill, he carries a heavy axe in one hand and a wide round shield strapped to his forearm, the kind that's stopped a dozen blades and shows every one of them. A large barrel is lashed across his back — whether it holds mead, supplies, or something far more dangerous is a question best left unasked. His thick beard, confident stance, and belted travelling clothes mark him as someone who's spent more nights under open sky than under any roof.
This is the sort of figure who walks into your campaign and immediately makes the room feel smaller. Whether he's a grizzled PC fresh off a long road, a wandering mercenary the party keeps bumping into, or a rival warrior who drinks their weight and still outfights everyone present, this sculpt carries real personality.
