Description

The thunder of hooves breaks the silence of the open plain — and whatever was tracking the party realises it is now the one being chased.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Horses in D&D are far more than mounts and background dressing. They carry adventurers across campaign maps, bolt in panic at the wrong moment, and serve as the living, breathing stakes of a chase scene gone sideways. This galloping horse sculpt from Mia Kay M3DM captures a horse mid-stride — mane and tail streaming behind it, every muscle in motion — with the kind of anatomical detail that rewards a careful paint job. Whether it's the party's panicked steed or a wild horse stampeding through a rural encounter, this mini earns its place on the table.

The sculpt is available in two sizes: a larger display-scale version on a detailed oval base with tufts of grass, and a smaller 32mm-scale version suited to standard battle grid play. Both feature the same flowing action pose — head low, legs extended — and both look equally at home in a glass cabinet as they do mid-encounter.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a mount or wild beast for overland and wilderness encounters
  • Are running chase sequences, cavalry skirmishes, or caravan ambushes
  • Want a naturalistic animal mini with real sculptural presence
  • Collect painted fantasy miniatures and appreciate fine animal anatomy
  • Are building a stable, farmstead, or plains terrain set

Encounter Hook:
The bandits' horses scatter when the fireball goes off — but one of them, wild-eyed and trailing a broken rein, is galloping straight through the market square and directly toward the party's spellcaster. The Dungeon Master places the horse mini on the grid. Everyone groans. The Druid grins.

This miniature is scaled to 32mm and comes in two size options. Both versions are mounted on an oval scenic base with grass detail. The larger version is a single piece attached to the base; the smaller version has a detachable base that can be attached with a drop of glue. Arrives unpainted and ready for priming.
