Description

It moves like a stag and hunts like a predator — somewhere between beast and Fey, it belongs fully to neither world and answers to nothing living.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Horned Hound is a creature that feels pulled straight from the darkest corner of the Feywild — part hound, part cervid, entirely wrong. Its body is thick with overlapping scales of matted fur, its head crowned with a broad rack of antlers that catch the low light of enchanted glades. This sculpt captures the animal mid-bound, one forepaw raised, jaws slightly parted — the moment just before the chase becomes a mauling. It's the kind of creature that makes experienced adventurers reconsider the path through the woods.

Whether you're running it as a Fey guardian, a cursed familiar, a CR-appropriate encounter beast, or something altogether more unsettling with no stat block yet written for it, the Horned Hound brings a genuinely distinctive silhouette to your table. It's equally at home on a shelf alongside other Feywild curiosities as it is lurking at the edge of a painted diorama.

A miniature for adventurers who:

  • Run Feywild campaigns and want creatures that feel genuinely otherworldly
  • Need a distinctive beast-type encounter for forest or fey-adjacent encounters
  • Collect and paint fantasy creatures with unusual anatomy and strong character
  • Want something that players will actually remember facing across the table

Encounter Hook:
The missing shepherd's crook is found at the edge of the Thornwood — standing upright in the mud, perfectly placed, as if left as a marker. The tracks around it are hooved but walk on two legs, and the undergrowth ahead has been parted, deliberately, as if something wanted to be followed.

Scaled to 32mm. The model and its decorative base are supplied as separate pieces for easy assembly — note that some sculpts interact directly with their base, so the base is recommended for the best visual result. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin miniatures, minor marks from the print process may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up before priming. This mini arrives fully cured and ready for your brush.
