Description

She was not born to divinity — she was forged into it, her mortal will burned away and replaced with the cold, absolute purpose of Horauthin himself.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Lydia Ascended is one of the most visually arresting celestial sculpts in DM Stash's A Grim Siege collection — a 5e grimdark adventure setting where godhood is not a gift but a sentence. Lydia stands mid-descent on a shattered rock base, wings spread wide in a dramatic canopy of individually sculpted feathers — lighter and reaching heavenward on one side, darker and battle-worn on the other. Her ornate plate armour is etched with flowing filigree, a flowing cape billows behind her, and she carries a long, straight blade levelled with absolute conviction. One gauntleted hand is raised, fingers splayed — whether in benediction or in the opening gesture of something far more dangerous is left to your table to decide.

As a miniature, Lydia carries tremendous presence both on the tabletop and on a display shelf. She works as a player character for a celestially-touched Paladin or Cleric, a divine NPC enforcing a god's will, or a boss-tier angel whose loyalties have long since stopped being the party's concern. The sculpt's scale and wingspan make her a natural centrepiece for any encounter — or any collection.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a powerful celestial NPC or divine antagonist for their 5e campaign
  • Are running a Paladin or Cleric player character with an ascended or fallen arc
  • Want a large-format display piece with exceptional feather and armour detail
  • Are building encounters in a grimdark or morally complex divine setting

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tasked with retrieving a holy relic from the ruins of a besieged citadel — but as they reach the vault, the ceiling tears open, and Lydia descends through it. She does not speak. She simply points at the relic, and then at each of them in turn, her blade already drawn. Horauthin's will does not negotiate.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and scenic rocky base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with super glue — Lydia's pose is sculpted to interact with the base, so the pairing is well worth keeping intact. Ready for priming and painting straight out of the box, or display her unpainted for a crisp, gallery-worthy look.
