This is pose 5 of the Novaminis Hobgoblin Warrior range, and it carries all the menace the hobgoblin's reputation demands. Clad in riveted plate and scale armour, a perforated visor masking whatever expression lies beneath, this warrior advances in a low, combat-ready crouch — longsword raised high in the right hand, a shorter blade levelled forward in the left. It is the stance of a fighter who has drilled this exact engagement a thousand times, and who fully expects to win it.
The sculpt's detail rewards close attention: studded pauldrons, a segmented leather kilt with hanging chain, reinforced bracers, and solid greaves over heavy boots.
